Believe it or not, this bike comes with a whopping twenty three fitness programs.  3 separate heart rate programs, challenging time trials, and fitness tests. If your feeling too hot this model comes with an adjustable fan and drink holder for your water. The monitor provides plenty of stats including: time, speed, interval time, RPM,  distance, pulse, , calories, watts, and resistance. A truly amazing machine.
